Our teachers, deeply trained in mindfulness practice, develop our teaching programs. A Board of Directors, comprised of teachers and sangha members, is the central decision-making body, supported by an Executive Council of a dozen volunteers. The essential work of the Council is implemented with the help of several committees. The Board, Council and all committees of InsightLA operate by a basic belief that mindfulness can infuse all that we do and can be practiced by all.
