What does it mean to take refuge in Dharma? Rather than avoiding difficult experiences, the Dharma invites us to find true contentment through facing life's inevitable ups and downs with clarity and insight. As our ability to bear witness deepens, we come into direct contact with true inner freedom, the unconditioned space of our essential nature. Join visiting teacher Scott Tusa for a Dharma talk and meditation exploring the practice and meaning of refuge in the Dharma, and how to apply it to our practice and lives.
