If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Refund and Event Policies

The three marks of existence are Buddhism’s basic description of reality – they are impermanence, suffering, and non-self. Insight into these three simple truths, which characterize all things, can create greater liberation and ease. How can an understanding of these truths have practical benefits for our daily lives?  We will explore this question together within this 3-week series.

Each week will include a 30 minute guided mindfulness meditation, a talk on the concept of the three marks of existence, and time for discussion within a supportive community setting.

Drop-In Series Schedule (Tuesdays 7-8:30pm PT):
Dec 7
Dec 14 – ***meeting on Zoom only due to the rain. We will not be meeting in-person on Dec 14***
Dec 21

Suggested Donation: $90

We are deeply grateful to our community members for their understanding, patience, and support through this challenging and life changing chapter of our journey together. We are eager to move into the next phase of our adventure. In keeping with the principals of the dharma that underlies all of our activities, primarily ahimsa  (do no harm), we are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend any in-person event. If you certify that you meet this requirement please select ‘yes’ on the registration page. Please register early, max capacity is 20 students.  This requirement is for the initial stage of reopening and we are looking forward to practicing together once again in-person!
