Financial Support

Our mission is to make all of our programs accessible. Every fee-based offering has a limited number of pay-what-you-can spots available to support self-identified people of color, members of marginalized groups (queer people, transgender people, and  people with disabilities) and those in financial need (those for whom the cost to attend is not financially possible).

These spots are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please pay at the highest level you can afford. In order for this support to be available, we rely on those who can afford to pay the full price to do so.

We all desire to be connected. Yet relationship is one of  the most confronting and perplexing arenas of life. Whether with family, lovers, roommates or workmates, we all face challenges in relating. So what might it look like to bring the principles of mindfulness into our connections. And how might we approach relating itself as a spiritual practice?

Join meditation teacher and intimacy coach, Justine Dawson, for a mini workshop on mindfulness in connection. We’ll explore how we can engage in connection in a way that furthers insight, intimacy, and true nourishment. As well as what can we do to apply the wisdom and care of our practice into the raw reality of day to day relating with others.

This bi-monthly group will help you with honest conversation and practical tools. We’ll join together in a brief meditation, teaching and then lots of time to discuss real life questions and concerns.

You’ll cultivate the ability to:

  • Engage in your relationships as a form of mindfulness practice

  • Understand yourself and others more deeply

  • Grow through interactions with the challenging people in your life – including the difficult aspects of yourself

  • Be unafraid of conflict – facing relationship challenges with curiosity and insight

  • Communicate with honesty, courage and kindness

  • Have more of the intimacy and community you desire

This group is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, singles and those in relationship of any kind.

Join us every first and third Thursday from 1-2:15pm PST.
