This course is an opportunity to study the concoction and fabrication of the mind, through the simple practice of the mindfulness of breathing.

It’s said that Prince Siddartha found liberation from the self through practicing Anapanasati (Mindfulness of Breathing).  We too can see the house-builder, and dismantle all the rafters that create this fabricated self we call me, mine, I.  The purpose of the Anapanasati is to remove all vestiges of clinging, grasping and attachments that construct the self. Surrender to 4 weeks of meditation, direct pointing into your experience and the quenching of dukkha. Come Loosen your attachment to your self and have a taste of freedom.

6:30pm – 8:00pm PST

You can sign up for all 4 classes or drop-in for one starting June 1st and ending on June 22nd.

Suggested donation per class is between $5 – $40.
