We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Refunds for Donation-Based Events (requested by the student)

95% Refund – the 5% is to cover the cost of our payment processor

Refund and Event Policies

Would you like to develop a daily meditation practice that inspires you? In this creative 3 part series, we will resource our deepest wisdom to help us cultivate a nourishing home practice that is unique to each of us.
We will focus on creating a balanced, flexible practice that will flow with and support us through the ups and downs of life. By developing a kind and gentle internal tone we will become our own reliable ally, enabling us to experience the joy of imperfection in both mediation practice and life.
Throughout the series we will explore:
  • Fundamentals of Mindfulness 
  • Opening to our own practice needs through experimentation  
  • Assembling a basic tool kit of resources to respond to difficulty in practice
  • Creating an inspiring yet practical meditation environment in our homes, including ritual and preparation before meditation
  • Determining meditation times and duration 
  • Supportive, relaxed postures
  • Movement, including Qi Gong, walking meditation, and yoga. 
This class is intended for all levels of practitioners.  We will meet on Thursday 7th, 14th, and 21st from 7:30-9pm. Join us for all three classes for the best cumulative effect or simply drop-in to any class.
