Safety

We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Refund and Event Policies

New Years resolutions don’t really work. 80% will fizzle out by Valentine’s Day. So why not drop the “I need to”, “I want to”, “I should” portion of the resolutions and find a word that will call you and inspire you for the entire year of 2020?

What could change or open if you chose for example a word like “focus”, “expand”, “release”, “connect”? Let’s get together for an afternoon of meditation, reflection, sharing and arts & crafting (if you like) to find a word that you would love to invite to be your guide and mantra for the new year.

Please bring a snack that can be shared – creativity makes hungry!

We will provide arts and crafts material should you choose to make a visible reminder for your word at the end. Please bring something to write,  a pair of scissors and anything extra fancy you’d like to use for your project.

We will meet on Saturday Jan 4th from 2-5pm.
