The Four Foundations of Mindfulness are the Buddha’s time-tested “road-map” for Freedom and Liberation from suffering.
This course is being offered to all who want to gain an understanding of mindfulness while exploring the rhythms that flow. We will blend contemporary and culturally relevant elements such as music, movement, and art/visual imagery with The Four Foundations of Mindfulness: Breath, Body, Heart, and Mind to know freedom and liberation.
Each session will include experiential practice, discussion, and time for Q&A to support, integrate, and sustain the possibility of living in a free and liberated way.
