Practice outdoors at a peaceful location. Learn to meet life’s uncertainties with calm presence, compassion and equanimity.
The last 3 Mondays of July, join InsightLA teacher Robert Lurye for mindful movement, sitting meditation and community sharing as the sun sets over Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
Bringing Forth our Inner Nature
We each have a calm presence, deep compassion and the stability of equanimity within. But when dealing with life’s uncertainties, we often feel disconnected from these skillful traits.
In this 3-week series, we will practice harmonizing our inner and outer nature, to bring forth our most beneficial attributes, even when life presents us with challenge or change.
Who is this practice for?
These sessions are for anyone who is ready to live in greater harmony with their highest self.
Expect gentle movement, meditation and group discussion. All are welcome at this sunset practice, including those who have never meditated before.
Schedule:
Mondays at 7.00 – 8:30 pm: July 17th, 24th, and 31st
Attend any one class, or the complete series of 3.
