Safety

We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Donations are not refundable.

Refund and Event Policies

This two-class drop-in series will offer an opportunity to cultivate a meditation practice grounded in loving-kindness and compassion. These practices support a more nuanced understanding of clarity, liberation, and heartfulness.  Both 90- minute classes will include 30 minutes of lightly guided meditation, a dharma talk, and time for group discussion.

Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.

Schedule:

July 25

In keeping with the principles of the dharma that underlies all of our activities, primarily non-harming, we are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend any in-person event.
Max Capacity: 30
Masks: Optional (all attendees are fully vaccinated)

Let the guard at the front know you are going to InsightLA and they will show you where to park and walk (either meet in the Masonic Lodge or the Cathedral Mausoleum).
