Holiday time can be stressful. Set aside time to practice in a supportive community space, dedicated to care and revitalization.
Join InsightLA teachers for a Saturday half-day retreat and return the heart and mind to balance.
Mindfulness for the Holidays
Year-end work duties, increased travel, familial or financial pressures, and the memory of loss can make the holidays a stressful time for many.
In this half-day retreat, we’ll come together to bring tenderness and care to the parts of ourselves that are feeling overwhelmed.
Expect mindfulness and heart-based practices interspersed with dharma talks. We will alternate between periods of sitting and walking meditation. There will be time for discussion and connecting.
