We invite you to join us for a special opportunity to practice in a safe and warmhearted space with other Latinx people. This is a space for collective wisdom and sharing where we will meditate and talk about a variety of topics that pertain to being Latinx. Come as you are!

For people new to mindfulness meditation as well as more experienced practitioners.

Join us every last Thursday of the month from 7pm-8:15pm PST!

Note: This Group is On Pause for the Fall Season

The format for this session: is a 10-minute introduction, a 30-minute sit with instructions, followed by a short reading or talk; and the remaining time will be open for questions, reflections, and connection.

Dame La Mano
Dame la mano y danzaremos;
dame la mano y me amarás.
Como una sola flor seremos,
como una flor, y nada más…
El mismo verso cantaremos,
al mismo paso bailarás.
Como una espiga ondularemos,
como una espiga, y nada más.
Te llamas Rosx y yo Esperanzx;
pero tu nombre olvidarás,
porque seremos una danza
en la colina y nada más…
~Grabriela Mistral
