Class will include an essential teaching from The Buddha and meditation. Our 4 week class will meet from 10:00- 11:15am on Tuesday mornings. There will be an optional Q&A and group discussion at 11:15-11:45am. Those who want to spend less time on your screen and prefer to remain quiet can easily do so by signing off.
Emphasis will be on practical ways of integrating meditation and the Buddha’s teaching into everyday life. Meditation for relaxation of body and ease of mind, gives relief from distress, distraction and overwhelm.
