As we practice “home safe” orders and physical distancing right now, we are in need of mindful community more than ever. In fact, our survival depends on it. This weekly community-focused group will offer a “healthy dose” of direct experiences staying socially connected both mindfully and safely, with compassion, kindness, balance, clarity, healthy humor, and gratitude. Each session will include experiential mindfulness practice, as well as transactional breakout small group and large group sharing and discussion, along relevant themes. Mindful practices of deep listening, respect, “not-fixing,” and non-harming will be honored for the well-being of all. All levels are welcome.

This event will be utilizing the Zoom video conferencing platform. After you register, you’ll receive an email with the zoom log-in information. You’ll be provided a link to access video and dial-in number that will allow you you to join by phone if preferred.
