If you have taken the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction class by Jon Kabat-Zinn either with InsightLA or with another group you are welcome to join us for this day of practice.
This a free daylong offering made possible by the continued support of our MBSR scholarship fund. There will be opportunities to donate to this at the end of the daylong.
