We welcome you in this guided meditation to cultivate and support a peaceful, open heart. Together we’ll practice relaxing the body, calming the mind and nurturing the heart with loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and gratitude. When these qualities of the heart are developed, we feel less isolated and more deeply connected to ourselves, others and the world around us.
The format for this event is a 5-minute introduction followed by a 30-minute guided meditation and ending with 10-minutes for Q&A with the teacher. The meditation is suitable for all.
