We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Refund and Event Policies

Mindful Writer’s Practice Group is a monthly group at InsightLA that explores the use of mindfulness within the context of creativity and writing. We meet on the first Sunday of every month from 1:30-3:30pm. 

Our practice group consists of:

-Mindfulness meditation practice
-Creative writing exercises
-Option to share individual written work and developing projects

Please note that this is not a writing class that will teach fundamentals of writing. This is a safe space for creative exploration to allow your own connection to the “muse” to lead the way. There will be space to explore your own work and share, but this group is open to anyone who has a writing practice, including people who like to journal.
