We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Refunds for Donation-Based Events (requested by the student)

95% Refund – the 5% is to cover the cost of our payment processor

Refund and Event Policies

Beginning your day by meditating with others and setting good intentions is very beneficial during challenging times. A few moments of sitting together in the morning is a welcomed dependable refuge. In guided online meditation with meditation instructions special attention is given to relaxing the body, soothing the heart, and calming mind. Traditional teachings from the Buddha are shared as helpful instructions for transforming our everyday lives.

Every Monday-Friday:
7:30 – 8:00 AM Guided Meditation
8:00 – 8:10 AM Optional silent meditation
8:10 – 8:30 AM Questions, Reflections, & Discussion on Fridays there will be Small Group Meetings (a way to get to know your community practice friends)
