“Awakening self-compassion is often the greatest challenge people face on the spiritual path.” -Tara Brach

Come practice together in community to open to the shared experience of our common humanity, being with what is and awakening to your own inner capacity for loving and supporting yourself through whatever shows up.

This half-day retreat is an opportunity to deepen your self-compassion practice and nourish your heart through meditation, experiential exercises and connecting to others.

Create a comfortable space for yourself at home, show up as you are and offer yourself what you need.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the specific nature of the MSC practice, this event is for current students of MSC and MSC graduates ONLY. Thank you for observing this criteria.
