Calling all meditators with pets! Join us for a mid-day meditation bringing our furry, fluffy, feathery, and all other types of beloved family members into our practice. For many of us who are house-bound or unable to connect with people right now, our pets are our primary companionship and a deep source of love. Many of us aspire to love ourselves and others the way we love and feel loved by our pets. This sit is a way to honor the sacredness of the bond between human and animal, and the ways these relationships deepen our practice.
We’ll have time to introduce ourselves, our pets, and a chance to share something about your pet’s strange habits, what you love about them, or one of their funny moments.
This class is open and inclusive to all types of pets. No pets will be turned away due to their species.
All are welcome to practice even if you don’t have a pet to practice with!
This event will be utilizing the Zoom video conferencing platform. After you register, you’ll receive an email with the zoom log-in information. You’ll be provided a link to access video and dial-in number that will allow you you to join by phone if preferred.
