We warmly invite all those who self-identify as LGBTQueer+ to practice mindfulness together. This is an opportunity to explore and share our experiences within a supportive community.
Each meeting includes a 20 to 30-minute guided meditation and opportunities for group discussion. Mindful movement, a short talk, and/or small breakout groups are also included, on occasion.
This practice group meets the second Sunday of every month from 1:00pm – 2:30pm PT. No matter where you fall on the LGBTQueer+ spectrum and whether you are new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, we welcome your unique presence.
Note: This month, we will meet on the 3rd Sunday, October 16th, from 4-5:30pm PT.
