Financial Support

Our mission is to make all of our programs accessible. Every fee-based offering has a limited number of pay-what-you-can spots available to support self-identified people of color, members of marginalized groups (queer people, transgender people, and  people with disabilities) and those in financial need (those for whom the cost to attend is not financially possible).

These spots are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please pay at the highest level you can afford. In order for this support to be available, we rely on those who can afford to pay the full price to do so.

Find out if spots are available by clicking REGISTER NOW on the event you are interested in.

Refund and Event Policies

Every time we breathe in we restore our cells and connect to the nourishment that the outer world has to offer- when we breathe out it is an opportunity to consciously release what blocks our health and wellbeing.  Breathing out we can also reconnect with and send well being to others.

This past year, we have been collectively holding a lot. When things start to feel overwhelming, we often habitually resist stress or other challenging emotions and try to push through the difficulty. As humans in soft animal bodies, however, we often start to encounter the limitations of this approach. Mindfulness offers us a different way of being by bringing us back to the restorative nature of the present moment–whatever it is– by allowing us to hold our experience in loving awareness. It is through restoration that we find the balance we need in order to show up in the world in the ways that matter to us.

Spend some time discovering your own unique ways to reconnect with and restore body, heart and mind through meditation practices, guided reflection, and gentle movement in the tradition of Qigong. During this four hour retreat we will spend time gently sensing into areas that feel depleted and explore simple and wholesome ways of nourishing ourselves with rest and care. We hope you will leave with some practices you can take with you to use whenever needed. This workshop is for anyone seeking restoration, regardless of experience level.
