Financial Support

Our mission is to make all of our programs accessible. Every fee-based offering has a limited number of pay-what-you-can spots available to support self-identified people of color, members of marginalized groups (queer people, transgender people, and  people with disabilities) and those in financial need (those for whom the cost to attend is not financially possible).

These spots are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please pay at the highest level you can afford. In order for this support to be available, we rely on those who can afford to pay the full price to do so.

Find out if spots are available by clicking REGISTER NOW on the event you are interested in.

The Realm of Possibilities are Limitless.

The pathway to change requires a deeper leap into intention, attention and awareness. In this day-long retreat, we intend to Co-Create with you an exploration of the practical and more accessible Realms of Possibility which can range from finding ease in your body, quieting your mind and understanding your truth; to finding your voice and healing your relationships. The common thread to all of this is cultivating the willingness to lean into what we don’t know, as well as softening the edges of discomfort to help us stay aligned with the Realm of Possibilities.

“Maitri is the art of developing an unconditional friendliness toward every-part of our sweet selves, the tired, the mending, the broken. The wonderful, the always-changing.” -Waylon Lewis

Themes of Exploration:

● Archetypes: Define Archetypes and the various ones we may identify with or embody. An archetype can be anything and anybody: a parent, a figure, a role, a deity, or a source of wisdom in our lives.
● Agency for Change: Define Agency. Are we finding a Sense of Agency in our Practices? How do we Know? Are there deficiencies? Where is our Agency most Abundant for us?
● Neuroplasticity and Neural Reprogramming: Engage and explore the brain’s ability to modify, change, and adapt both structure and function throughout life and in response to experience.
● Fluidity in Exploring Mindful Awareness: The internal and external experiences will be explored. This includes the observation of energy and feeling tones, melodic vibrations, mindful movement and other kinesthetic experiences, with the space for us to be creative and invite alternative ways of experiencing felt-sense awareness.
● Leaning into the Unknown and Discomfort: Some of our deepest messages lie in the ambiguity, the unknown, the false misconceptions, the painful and fearful because they always have a reference to past experiences. Leaning into these experiences through awareness can allow us to create new neural patterns.

Our Entry :

1. Create a space for vulnerability to share/be ourselves and leave our
representatives at home
2. Create a space for expression without judgement to practice in speech, body
movement, improv and play
3. Provide tools that will allow us to “experience” life through their senses
4. Gain working knowledge of Neuroplasticity
5. Tools for various ways of exploring awareness
6. Tools for managing discomfort and unease

This space will offer an opportunity for us to explore new depths of our practice experience through meditation, movement and sensory-based awareness practices. We will observe Themes through spoken reflection and opportunities for collective sharing throughout the day.

We will observe Breaks and Lunch as well as voluntary Noble Silence.

We invite you to come out and Co-Create a New Possibility with us that could create an experience that could inform and serve us in the days ahead!

“We are always practicing, and we are always exploring the delicate balance between our Sense of Control and Letting Go of Control.” – Thomas Davis IV

“It’s not escaping, but more of existing in a place of aliveness that still feels safe and where there is no right or wrong.” –Helen Setyan

Space is limited, early registration is open now and is highly encouraged!

We are deeply grateful to our community members for their understanding, patience, and support through this challenging and life changing chapter of our journey together. We are eager to move into the next phase of our adventure. In keeping with the principles of the dharma that underlies all of our activities, primarily ahimsa (do no harm), we are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend any in-person event. If you certify that you meet this requirement please select ‘yes’ on the registration page. This requirement is for the initial stage of reopening and we are looking forward to practicing together once again in-person! Please register early, max capacity is 25 students. We will be utilizing both the indoor (masks required) and shaded outdoor (masks optional) spaces.
