Explore different ways of bringing attention to the present moment through guided practices that relax the body, focus the mind and open the heart. By cultivating a gentle awareness of what is already here we shift from doing to being, allowing each moment to be just as it is.
The format for this even is a 5-minute introduction followed by a 30-minute guided mediation and ending with 10-minutes for Q&A and reflections with a teacher.
