Please join us for this morning mini-retreat where we will practice, together, calming the mind and resting in the heart’s loving awareness. Discovering that within the heart, our own true wisdom abides. Imagine finding a tranquil place, perhaps just where you are, indoors or out, where you can draw the attention inward, away from the busyness of the mind, and settling into the stillness of the heart. The tentative morning schedule will have two gently guided sitting meditations with one period of walking meditation. (you can simply do this right where you are).
