Feeling stressed? This ongoing workshop is designed for anyone struggling to find more balance with stress today and is great for those who are new to mindfulness. Drawing from evidence-based practices and tools from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), each workshop will offer some combination of guided experiential practice, education and support with a clear focus on managing and regulating stress in the moment to enhance health and well-being. All levels welcome.
