In this weekly guided meditation, you’ll be invited to surf the waves of cravings, urges and emotions in a non-reactive, kind and observational manner.
As we expand our capacity to remain present with various impulses, we recognize that just like a wave, they arise and dissipate all on their own.
By allowing for the shifting energy of this natural process, we find our lives become infused with ease.
Expect a 5-minute introduction followed by a 30-minute guided meditation and ending with 10 minutes for Q&A with the teacher.
Who is this practice for?
This meditation is suitable for all and especially supportive for beginners and those in recovery.
