Refund and Event Policies

In this 4-week class, we will look at the teachings of the Four Wise Efforts and the Four Brahmaviharas with an emphasis on practices that are relatable and applicable to everyday life. We will investigate ways in which to stay positive, cultivate an attitude of gratitude and meet the moment from a place of love no matter how difficult the moment might be. During this tumultuous time of social transformation, racial injustice and political instability, it can be easy to fall into despair and overwhelm. Our sincere hope in offering this class is to hold a space where we will be responding to this crisis with compassion, equanimity and joy.

Schedule (10-11:15am PT):
February 10th: Wise Effort and Equanimity (upekkha)
February 17th: Wise Effort and Lovingkindness (metta)
February 24th: Wise Effort and Compassion (karuna)
March 3rd: Wise Effort and Sympathetic Joy & Gratitude (mudita)

Suggested Donation: $120
