Refund and Event Policies

Meditate online, in community. Share in the collective wisdom related to sitting meditation practice.

The Youngish Practice Group is for those in their 20s and 30s. This group is supported by InsightLA teachers Michael Karakashian and Eileen Ybarra, and facilitators Julian Kehs, Elizabeth Stomp and Lulu Toselli.

Youngish?

What’s most alive in your practice? What are you struggling with? In a supportive group environment, we will meditate, choose readings to reflect on and topics to explore.

We’ll focus most on the challenges you might be facing as a Youngish Adult including; how to live the teachings of mindfulness and compassion in daily life, and navigating transitions, relationships and careers.

If you have a topic that you would like to bring more mindfulness to, bring it to the group!

Second & Fourth Sundays

This affinity group meets online on the 4th Sunday of the month from 7-8:30pm, with some additional fifth Sundays listed here on this page as they are announced.

Attendees will have optional time for connection from 8:30-9pm after the formal session finishes.

We also meet in person on the 2nd Sunday of every month in the beautiful environs of the Benedict Canyon Retreat House in Beverly Hills. To register for the in-person practice group please click here.

Who is this practice group for?
