Cain Caroll, E-RTY-500

Cain Carroll is a yogi, healer and author who has dedicated his life to the study and practice of radical self-healing and embodied spiritual practice. His work is informed by years of in-depth study and practice of traditional Yoga, Qigong, Buddhism, Daoism, and Classical Chinese Medicine.

Cain has been a student of ageless wisdom traditions since childhood. He began his formal training at age 13 and has studied under the guidance of master teachers in India, China, Thailand, Nepal, Ecuador, Colombia and USA. In 2006, he was grandfathered in to the Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level.
