Frank Baird, LMFT, LPCC identifies as a postmodern buddhist polytheist. He was introduced to “Buddhism” by the 1972 TV show “Kung Fu.” His study and practice has improved since then.
Frank is a California Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), a UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) Certified Mindfulness Facilitator, and a Level 2 Facilitator at Against the Stream. He teaches meditation to corporate staff through corporate wellness programs, to therapy clients, and to community members in a variety of settings, including group and individual instruction.
