Jennifer Ward is a Certified Change & Transition Strategist. She works with individuals in private consultation and leads group workshops focusing on how to skillfully navigate major life changes and maintain a sense of well-being. This work is grounded in mindfulness principles and the social science of adult developmental change over the span of a lifetime.
As the Director of Programs at Life Balance Institute, Jennifer develops the curriculum for workshops and trainings on skillful change. She has trained with Phillip Moffitt, the founder of this work, in the Change & Transition modality since 2010 and is a longtime meditation and yoga practitioner.
