Supporting events is a way to practice presence, generosity, and service in action.
Volunteers are part of the InsightLA community. Many people form meaningful connections through regular participation and service.
Volunteering offers the opportunity to learn through proximity — being around teachers, teachings, and practice spaces.
Your support helps make meditation groups, classes, and retreats accessible and well-held for everyone who attends.
Volunteers help support a range of InsightLA offerings, including:
Weekly gatherings that typically include a short teaching, guided meditation, and group sit.
Classes that meet once a week for a specified number of weeks, focused on a particular topic or practice.
Longer-format practice opportunities, ranging from single-day retreats to weekend retreats.
InsightLA events are held at a few primary locations:
1430 Olympic Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90404. Our primary weekly classes location.
