With our online retreats you will enjoy the many benefits of extended practice time along with the added gift of learning to maneuver skillfully in a place we aren't always our most mindful: at home. Through Zoom, you can still enjoy the benefits of practicing with others, and members of the community continue to praise this powerful way to connect with our community. Below you will find a number of opportunities for slowing down, reflection, refuge, calm, and connection. Utilizing the Zoom platform you can easily participate anywhere you have your computer or mobile device.
