Equanimity is a capacity we can develop to be more present, grounded and responsive in relationship to the broad range of pleasant and unpleasant experiences that characterize human life. In this daylong retreat we will explore various ways the concept of equanimity is expressed through dharma teachings and offer a series of contemplative practices that support the development of this quality that is so critical to Dharma practice. There will be periods of teaching and ample time for silent mindfulness practice. You will leave the day with practices that can truly enhance your life.

This day-long, non-residential retreat will be held largely in silence.
