Join veteran school teachers and mindfulness practitioners Amy Love and Valerie Cusson for a daylong of practice, intention setting, and connection.

During this daylong, educators will have the opportunity to:

-Deepen our personal practice through sitting, walking, and mindful movement
-Build rituals for self-care to carry us with ease through the second half of the school year
-Connect with like-minded educators to build a support network
-Share successes and exploring challenges through the lens of mindfulness
 
This offering is for ALL educators including teachers, counselors, social workers, youth mental health professionals, and administrators.
 
10am – 4pm
 
Please bring a lunch with you. There is a refrigerator and microwave on site for your use.

Amy Love has been a dedicated mindfulness practitioner for over 10 years. Valerie Cusson

Valerie Cusson M.Ed,  has been practicing Insight Meditation since 2002.
