This silent morning for sitting and walking from 9am until noon will provide an opportunity to relax the mind and soften the heart in an atmosphere of quietude and support.
This is an opportunity to put aside the daily stresses and busyness of our lives, and give ourselves time for looking inward to the true refuge of the heart.
The morning will include periods of sitting and walking meditations, with time at the conclusion for reflections and sharing. You may wish to bring a light snack and drink, plus any personal cushion, walking shoes, blanket or layers of clothing.
This is a donation-based half-day retreat. No one turned away for lack of funds.
