We are deeply grateful to our community members for their understanding, patience, and support through this challenging and life changing chapter of our journey together. We are eager to move into the next phase of our adventure. In keeping with the principals of the dharma that underlies all of our activities, primarily ahimsa (do no harm), we are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend any in-person event. If you certify that you meet this requirement please select ‘yes’ on the registration page. This requirement is for the initial stage of reopening and we are looking forward to practicing together once again in-person! Please register early, max capacity is 16 students. We will be utilizing both the indoor (masks required) and shaded outdoor (masks optional) spaces.

In this haf-day retreat we will be exploring the many facets of equanimity: What it is, how to work with it in dharma practice and meditation, and what it means to cultivate deeper equanimity within the heart and mind.
Throughout the retreat meditation instructions and guidance will be offered along with dharma talks on equanimity. There will be time for reflection, rest, mindful movement through walking meditation and community Q&R.
Come ready to discover how equanimity is a key factor in deepening our mindfulness and compassion practices. And, how equanimity is the very starting ground for real inner-calmness, clarity and awakening.
