Mindfulness practices will include seated meditation, walking meditation in a peaceful canyon setting, gentle yoga and Qi Gong movement practices.
Harmonizing Inner & Outer Nature
Join Robert Lurye, trained Eco-Chaplain via the Sati Center for Buddhist Studies, and Elliott Law, Mindful USC teacher and certified yoga instructor for body and mind practices to foster harmony between our inner and outer nature.
Discussions will include growing awareness about ecological change and best practices for managing eco-anxiety. Explore ways to foster non-harming through mindful action and mindful consumption, through the lens of ancient wisdom and modern science.
