“Grounded in awareness, guided by purpose—mindfulness for a life worth living.”

In this four-week introduction to mindfulness, participants will receive a taste of core Buddhist teachings and mindfulness practices that lay a strong foundation for ongoing meditation. This course is designed as a starting point for anyone interested in mindfulness and meditation, helping to cultivate concentration, self-compassion, and greater awareness in daily life. Each week, we will explore specific techniques to ground attention, work with obsessive thoughts, and bring ease to challenging emotions and habitual patterns.

With an emphasis on practice, these sessions introduce mindfulness as a tool to reduce stress and foster clarity and balance. Through guided meditation and reflective exercises, participants will gain practical skills for meeting life’s difficulties with resilience and compassion, providing a meaningful glimpse into themselves.
