Safety

We work to protect the safety of all students. We reserve the right to remove any student from any class, sitting group, retreat, or any event if the student is disruptive to the safe learning environment we maintain for all.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Learn to use the lessons of dharma and mindfulness to help ease the friction from living in a neurotypical world.

This twice-monthly practice group focuses on a particular topic each time we meet. Topics include autism and other neurodiverse issues such as ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, learning disabilities and others.

Expect a 30-minute guided meditation and a dharma talk on a particular theme relating to neurodiverse issues, followed by discussion and Q&A.

Who is this practice group for?

This practice group is for neurodiverse people who would like to explore how mindfulness might help bring more ease into their everyday lives.

Everyone is welcome, including those who have never meditated before.

Location & Schedule:

This practice group meets online every 1st and 3rd Monday from 7-8:30pm Pacific Time.

Donation Based:

Although this is a donation-based class, registration is required.

Suggested Donation: $25
