Refund and Event Policies

The 4 Noble Truths are often thought of as foundational Buddhist philosophy but a deeper look reveals that they outline an ongoing action-oriented contemplative process available to us in any moment. In this workshop we will consider a translation of the text in detail and connect the 4 truths with the traditional teachings on mindfulness as a way of both mitigating suffering and cultivating a more deliberate and intentional style of living. You will leave with a practice you can use for life.
