Join us for an evening of metta-vipassana, a practice of observing the mind through the boundless warmth of the heart. By uniting the four foundations of mindfulness with the brahma vihāras—kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity we learn to meet the immediacy of our experience with a stable, unshakable presence.
Grounded in the “Natural Awareness” teachings of Sayadaw Tejaniya and the “Progress of Insight” lineage of Mahasi Sayadaw, this program explores how ease of mind allows intuitive wisdom to emerge. This session offers a supportive container of guided practice, Dharma teachings, and Q&A. This practice provides a grounded foundation for embracing the richness of our shared human experience.
