In this 1.5 hour group, we’ll check in, ground, and practice simple techniques to help ease stress and build resilience. Together, we’ll explore sitting meditation, walking meditation, creative exercises, and optional sharing to spark new perspectives.
All activities are optional and can be adapted to your needs, making this a safe and supportive space for reflection, connection, and growth.
