If you have taken the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction class by Jon Kabat-Zinn either with InsightLA or with another group you are welcome to join us for this day of practice.
This free daylong offering made possible by the continued support of our MBSR scholarship fund. There will be opportunities to donate to this at the end of the daylong. This class will take place on Saturday, May 16th, from 11am – 3:30pm.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the specific nature of the MBSR practice, this daylong is for current students of MBSR and MBSR graduates ONLY. Thank you for observing this criteria.
