Stillness & Movement
This half-day retreat will touch on both formal and informal daily life practices, with an emphasis on accessibility and the multiple ways in which we might develop greater presence in this ever-changing world.
Our three seasoned facilitators each draw from science, community wisdom and their own personal practice, integrating anti-racist, LGBTQ+, and feminist teaching approaches.
