We are deeply grateful to our community members for their understanding, patience, and support through this challenging and life changing chapter of our journey together. We are eager to move into the next phase of our adventure. In keeping with the principals of the dharma that underlies all of our activities, primarily ahimsa (do no harm), we are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend any in-person event. If you certify that you meet this requirement please select ‘yes’ on the registration page. This requirement is for the initial stage of reopening and we are looking forward to practicing together once again in-person!

Join us for a half-day of mindfulness practices relevant to living in our dynamic world. Practices will include guided meditation, mindful yoga, and Qi Gong. Both formal practices and short informal daily life practices will be touched on. Teaching strategies that emphasize accessibility and offer multiple ways for participants to thrive will support the intention to provide practices that nourish us as we navigate a complicated world.
Drawing from science and community knowledges, this half-day session is taught by three seasoned facilitators who draw from different traditions and integrate anti-racist, LGBTQ+, and feminist teaching approaches. This session is accessible and meaningful for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Mindful movement practices are suitable for all abilities and bodies. This session is relevant for people of all backgrounds.
Please bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion or firm pillow, and a water bottle.
To deepen your practice, join Elliott and Kathy for Mindfulness and Movement in a Dynamic World 6 Sundays 2-3:30pm PT online starting August 15th.
