Experience the peace, stillness and power of mindfulness meditation in a community setting. This group practice is meant to foster an open and earnest exploration into what it means to practice mindfulness in today’s world.

We will combine periods of sitting meditation and walking meditation, with guided instruction at the beginning. The teacher will give a talk and we will end with a period of discussion about the talk or questions about your mindfulness practice.

The Montecito Center provides a quiet setting with both indoor and outdoor space ideal for walking and sitting meditation.

The group is donation based with a suggested donation of $25.00. Your donation is warmly appreciated and helps to pay rent for the facility and to support our teachers.

Both beginner and experienced meditators are welcome.

This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month from 10-12pm.
