Create meaningful change in your life with the wisdom that arises from meditation, particularly the Insight practices.

Join InsightLA Senior Teacher LC Tran and Teacher Eric McCullum for this daylong insight retreat at the beautiful Benedict Canyon Retreat House.

Daylong Insight Retreat
Wisdom is one of the crown jewels of Buddhist meditation practice. One of the main vehicles of wisdom is seeing clearly, or experiencing insight.

While meditation and mindfulness have many benefits, few are as instrumental as wisdom in creating meaningful changes in our lives, and in supporting happiness. When insight arises, it helps us to see clearly what is here, and just as importantly, how we can work with what is here to create happiness in our lives.

Who is this daylong insight retreat for?
This daylong retreat is for anyone who would like to receive an introduction to Insight practice, or spend time deepening their current practice.

Expect both guided and silent meditation practice, as well as walking meditation.

Where is this retreat located?
This event will take place in person at the Benedict Canyon Retreat House. Yoga mats, blankets, chairs and meditation cushions are available.

Find directions, accessibility, and important parking information here. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. Please join or offer a ride by clicking the link in the left sidebar.
