Join us for a nourishing virtual soundbath meditation with Lulu Toselli and Nicki Wong of Forestkind and be immersed in healing vibrational tones by crystal quartz singing bowls, rattles, drums, and gongs. Relax into awareness and be bathed in soothing energy.
This soundbath will feature guest Mari Orkenyi, who is a Contemplative Educator, Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher and Writer. Through her guided meditation, we’ll get closer to our sensations, the movement of the breath and our bodies, exploring our internal landscape. Through this practice, we’ll prepare ourselves to receive the vibration of the sounds to create a container for awareness, exploration, reflection and rest.
We encourage all sound bathers to create a comfortable nest of supportive items, such as cushions, pillows and blankets at home. It can be nice to have soothing scents and water or tea nearby. Setting aside this time to offer ourselves relaxation, nurture, and connection.
We welcome all beings of all abilities.
